A fascinating technique, the FIFA 20 Formations 4-3-3 Attack must be applied by players who like to run with all the ball and make things come about. Think of it as a variant on the 4-2-3-1 wide, but together with your defensive and wide midfielders pushing up. A lot of alternatives will likely be produced in the Attack, but you can be hit on the counter very quickly. It might be worth getting your central midfielders and possibly full-backs to stay back on Attack, and even dropping into a defensive mentality.
