"The Tomb" is the latest Zombies map in Black Ops 6, and it's packed with secrets and Easter eggs! Whether you're a seasoned zombie-slayer or a newcomer, these Easter eggs provide exciting challenges and secret rewards that will enhance your gameplay. In this article we will introduce you to all the Tomb Easter Eggs in Black Ops 6 Zombies, how to find them and what rewards you can get.

What Are Tomb Easter Eggs in Black Ops 6 Zombies?

Tomb Easter Eggs in Black Ops 6 Zombies refer to hidden, often elaborate secrets that players can uncover while navigating through the zombie-infested maps. These Easter eggs typically involve a series of steps or puzzles that lead to rewards or unlock new story elements, creating an exciting challenge for players.

Easter Egg Song

Like previous Zombies maps, "The Tomb" features an Easter egg song. To unlock it, you need to find and activate three Mr. Peeks headphones hidden throughout the map.

Mr. Peeks Headphone Locations:

  • Neolithic Catacombs: From the Dig Site spawn point, head right past the statue and PhD Flopper into the Neolithic Catacombs. Pass Deadshot into the room and run under the ether lamp and make your way into the ossuary. The headphones are by a skeleton near a bunch of skulls.
  • Shrine of the Hierophant: Go to the Subterranean Temple and head to the Shrine of the Hierophant. The headphones are at the back, by the lanterns, underneath the statue on a stone indentation.
  • Dark Aether Nexus: Enter the Dark Aether Nexus and navigate through the crevices. The headphones are located next to the prima material.

Full Power, Armor, and Essence at Spawn

Full Power, Armor, and Essence at Spawn

Get a quick boost at the start of the game! Apply the Dead Wire ammo mod to your weapon and shoot the generators in the spawn area. One generator is to the left of the staircase, and the other is by the armor wall buy. Shooting these generators will spawn full power, armor, and either 1,000 or 2,000 essence (with double points).

Simon Says Easter Egg

Simon Says Easter Egg

Head into the Tombs area and find the statue on the floor. Shooting it will trigger a "Simon Says" sequence, where statues in the room light up in a specific order. Remember the order and shoot the statues in the same sequence. Completing the sequence will reward you with free Brain Rot, Essence, Salvage, Molotovs, and other loot. You can retry if you fail.

Note: If players mess up the step by shooting the wrong head, then they will just need to shoot at the fallen statue's head again to reset it, but the order will remain the same.

Free Random Perk Easter Egg

This Easter egg gives you a free perk, making those early rounds a breeze. There are two methods to trigger it:

1. Napalm Burst Ammo Mod: Apply the Napalm Burst ammo mod to your weapon.
2. Molotov Grenades: Use a Molotov grenade. (Likely the easier method).

Steps to collect Free Random Perk Easter Egg:

  1. Head to the Ossuary: Make your way to the Ossuary area of “The Tomb.”
  2. Locate the Vases: You'll find several vases scattered around the Ossuary.
  3. Light 'Em Up: The game will indicate which order to activate the vases in by lighting them up one by one. Either shoot the vases with the Napalm Burst ammo mod in the indicated order or throw a Molotov at them. (Pro Tip: Using Molotovs is easier because the game conveniently provides them after successfully lighting each vase in the sequence.)
  4. Collect your Reward: If you successfully activate the vases in the correct order, they'll all glow purple, and a free random perk power-up will spawn for you to collect!

Free Ray Gun Easter Egg

1. Find a Shovel: Shovels spawn in various locations around the map.

2. Purchase Death Perception: This perk is required for this Easter egg.

3. Dig up Ancient Gems: Use the shovel to dig at various dig sites around the map. You need to find three ancient gems. The dig sites appear as mounds. You can find these by keeping a zombie at the end of the round to allow yourself to search the map.

6. Collect Your Reward: Return to the statue in the Tombs to collect your free Ray Gun and 1,000 or 2,000 essence (with double points).

Free Power-Up Locations

Here's a rundown of where to find each free power-up in "The Tomb".

  • Nuke: Located in the Neolithic Catacombs. Look through the hole in the wall near the Mystery Box spawn to spot it on a distant ledge.
  • Full Power: Found at the Shrine of the Hierophants, inside one of the zombie spawn areas to the right of the Stamin-Up Perk Machine.
  • Max Ammo: Located in the Subterranean Temple. Stand near the doorway of the Shrine of the Hierophants and look up to spot it in a hole in the wall.
  • Insta-Kill: Found within the Deep Excavation. Stand next to The Armory Machine and look for it on a ledge on the northeast side.
  • Max Armor: Located in the Ossuary on a ledge, adjacent to the Speed Cola Perk Machine.
  • Double Points: Found within the Dark Aether Nexus. Enter through the gateway from the Subterranean Temple and look at the rock wall in the southwest corner.
  • Bonus Points: Also found in the Dark Aether Nexus, inside a small hole in the rock wall along the path leading from the gateway to the Dig Site.
  • Fire Sale: Located along the southwest wall of the Dig Site, but only spawns after all other power-ups have been found and collected.

Free self revive + light mend Vases Easter egg

Free self revive + light mend Vases Easter egg

This Easter egg is straightforward: break all the vases hidden around the map. You can do this in any order. Just shoot them with any weapon. Here's where to find them all:

  • Dig Site (Spawn): Three vases
  • Neolithic Catacombs: One vase (in a cave tunnel)
  • Ossuary: One vase (above)
  • Subterranean Temple: Two vases (one above the portal, one in the ceiling)
  • Deep Excavation: One vase (above the Origins pillar)
  • Tombs: One vase (above the portal and painting)
  • Shrine of the Hierophant: One vase (above)

Reward: After breaking all the vases, you'll receive a free self-revive and a Lightening Ammo Mod!

Pack-A-Punch Crystal Easter Egg

Here's how to get the free Pack-a-Punch Aetherium Crystal in "Black Ops 6 Zombies" on "The Tomb" map:

  1. Activate the Dark Aether Nexus: You'll need to access the Dark Aether to complete this Easter egg.
  2. Spot the Electrical Rock: Look up into the sky. You're searching for a floating rock with electricity crackling around it. It may take a little searching.
  3. Shoot It: Once you've found the electrical rock, shoot it with any weapon.
  4. Floating Rock Challenge: You now have 15 seconds to shoot all five rocks. Track them as they orbit, but be aware that the fifth rock is smaller and floats further behind the others, so it's easy to miss. If you're too slow, they'll respawn, and you'll have to start again.
  5. Claim Your Rewards: If you successfully shoot all the floating rocks, a free Pack-a-Punch crystal will spawn on the ground for you to pick up. Plus, every player in your game will receive a Cryofreeze ammo mod!

Horde of Friendly Brain Rotted Zombies

Here's how to complete the Brain Rot Easter Egg in Black Ops 6 Zombies, to summon friendly zombies to defend you in battle in The Tomb map:

1. Apply Brain Rot Ammo Mod: You can get the Brain Rot Ammo Mod by purchasing it at The Armory for 500 Salvage. Alternatively, complete the Simon Says Easter Egg to get it for free.
2. Find and Shoot Skulls: Locate and shoot four skulls marked with an ‘X’ in the Ossuary. They must be shot in a specific order and within a short window.

Horde of Friendly Brain Rotted Zombies: Shoot Skulls

The skull locations are:

  • Near the Neolithic Catacombs: To the left of the doorway.
  • Under the Arrow Trap: South of the first skull, beneath the arrow trap.
  • Near the Brazier: In front of the brazier on the north side of the Ossuary.
  • By the Speed Cola Perk Machine: Near the statue, in a pile of skulls.

3. Friendly Zombies Spawn: After shooting all four skulls, four Brain Rot zombies will appear near the fourth skull's location. They will defend you like normal Brain Rot zombies. After some time, they will be eliminated, and you'll receive a few hundred Essence.

Gold Armor Easter Egg

This Easter egg is difficult! Treyarch has scaled it immensely, but here's how to do it:

Enter the Dark Aether Nexus.

Smash Wooden Boxes: Find and melee two wooden boxes until they break:

  • Box 1: Next to Juggernog.
  • Box 2: Hidden under leaves to the left of the green portal.
  • Collect statue heads from boxes.
  • Return to Dig Site (Spawn): There are two different statues where you need to place the statue heads.
  • You must now complete contracts within the time limit with both statue heads placed.
  • After completing the contracts, return to the statues.

Completing these steps will reward you with gold armor, which passively replenishes your health, so you won't have to spam armor plates constantly.
