The Mythic Prankster affix can appear on any Nightmare Dungeon sigil, though it's incredibly rare. When used, it causes Fancy Old Fedric, a special loot goblin, to spawn in the dungeon.
Monsters inside move and attack 33% faster, adding extra tension to the run.
The real reward comes when Fedric is defeated: each player in the party receives five Mythic Uniques and a bag containing a Resplendent Spark and Legendary Runes.
In a full group, that turns into up to 20 Mythics and four sparks in a single run.
