Sekhema’s Resolve Ring is one of the most coveted Unique Rings in Path of Exile 2, available only through an incredibly challenging encounter. To acquire it, players must defeat Zarokh, the Temporal, one of the most powerful pinnacle bosses in the game, while facing severe handicaps. This means securing the ring requires an endgame-ready character, top-tier gear, a high-level build, and exceptional skill. Below, we’ll break down how to obtain Sekhema’s Resolve Ring and maximize its potential.

How to Get Sekhema’s Resolve Ring in PoE 2

Sekhema’s Resolve Ring is an exclusive drop from Zarokh, the Temporal, the final boss of The Trial of the Sekhemas’ fourth floor. However, there’s a catch—Zarokh will only drop the ring when defeated with the Burden of Leadership Unique Relic activated. This relic significantly increases the difficulty of the trial by making all rooms unknown, which means players won’t have any information on room types, afflictions, or rewards. This effect is identical to the Veiled Sight (Major Affliction), one of the most punishing afflictions in the game.

How to Farm The Burden of Leadership Unique Relic

All Unique Relics, including The Burden of Leadership, are random drops from Zarokh, the Temporal. While you cannot influence which Unique Relic he drops, you can improve your chances by:

Stacking "Increased Rarity of Items Found" on gear.

Placing Relics with the "#% Increased Quantity of Relics Dropped By Monsters" stat in the Djinn Barya before starting the run.

Additionally, if you’re fortunate enough to obtain the Enchanted Urn Minor Boon during a run, it will enhance the effectiveness of non-Unique Relics by 30%, further boosting the drop rate.

Zarokh, the Temporal can only be encountered in Level 75+ Djinn Baryas (Four Floors), making it imperative that your character is well-prepared for the challenge.

Alternatively, players looking for a shortcut can check the official Path of Exile 2 trade site for Unique Relics. However, if you’re planning to buy a relic, you may as well purchase the Sekhema’s Resolve Ring directly instead.

How to Use Sekhema’s Resolve Ring

There are three variants of Sekhema’s Resolve Ring:

Sekhema’s Resolve Ring (Ruby)

Sekhema’s Resolve Ring (Emerald)

Sekhema’s Resolve Ring (Sapphire)

Each variant allows players to socket a matching Jewel inside—Ruby Jewels for the Ruby Ring, Emerald Jewels for the Emerald Ring, and Sapphire Jewels for the Sapphire Ring. This essentially provides an extra Jewel Socket without requiring additional Passive Skill Tree points, making it an incredibly valuable item.

However, keep in mind that Unique Jewels cannot be socketed into Sekhema’s Resolve Rings.

To socket a Jewel into the ring:

Left-click the Jewel, hover over the ring, and left-click again to insert it.

To remove a Jewel, simply right-click it and take it out.

This flexibility allows for easy swapping of Jewels to tailor the ring’s benefits to different situations.

Final Thoughts

Sekhema’s Resolve Ring is a powerful item for high-end builds, providing both customization and an extra Jewel Socket without sacrificing Passive Skill Tree points. However, acquiring it is no small feat, requiring players to take on one of the toughest bosses under punishing conditions. If you’re struggling to farm it, or simply want to skip the grind, consider checking out U4GM for reliable Path of Exile 2 currency and items to help speed up your progress. Happy hunting, Exiles!
