ARC Raiders Loot Cheat Sheet Every Raider Needs

In ARC Raiders, knowing what to keep and what to throw away can make a huge difference. Every extraction run gives you limited inventory space, and picking up the wrong items can slow down your Workshop upgrades, block important quests, and waste valuable storage.

Instead of grabbing everything you find, experienced Raiders focus on three choices: keep important materials, sell valuable junk, and scrap items that provide useful resources.

Items You Should Always Keep

Some items are much more important than their selling price suggests. These materials are directly connected to Workshop Upgrades, Quests, and advanced crafting, so selling them early can create problems later.

High-priority ARC Raiders Items include:

  • Wasp Drivers, Rocketeer Drivers, and Hornet Drivers
  • Magnetrons
  • Sensors
  • Advanced Mechanical Components
  • Power Rods
  • Leaper Pulse Units
  • Detector Cores
  • Blueprints
  • Hatch Keys and access cards
  • Tactical Mods

These items may not seem useful when you first find them, but many late-game upgrades require rare components. Keeping them early saves you from having to farm the same locations again later.

For basic resources, maintain a reliable stockpile. Materials like Metal Parts, Rubber Parts, Wires, and Fabric are constantly used for repairs, crafting, and preparing gear before another raid.

A good target is keeping around 150–300 units of common materials. Once your storage reaches that level, extra materials can be sold or recycled depending on your needs.

Items Worth Selling

Not every valuable item needs to stay in your stash. Some loot exists mainly to provide currency and increase your Vendor XP.

A simple rule is:

If an item has no recipe, no quest requirement, and sells for more than its recycling value, sell it.

Good examples include:

Undamaged low-tier weapons
Extra armor pieces
Unused equipment
Trinkets and pure-value loot

Weapons and armor with good durability usually provide better returns when sold directly. This also helps improve your relationship with vendors, making future purchases and upgrades easier.

Items such as Coolant, Humidifier, antiques, and other collectibles are usually safe to sell. They take up space but do not contribute to crafting progression.

You can also sell extra mid-tier materials after your basic stockpile is full. Keeping too many unnecessary components only limits the amount of valuable loot you can carry during future extractions.

When You Should Scrap Items

Recycling is the best option when an item has little market value but provides useful crafting materials.

The biggest examples are heavily damaged weapons and equipment. Broken gear often sells for very little, while dismantling it can give you important components like Metal Parts and Rubber Parts.

Unused attachments are another good recycling target. If you never use a certain weapon type, keeping multiple low-level scopes or attachments only wastes storage space.

Some higher-tier materials can also be dismantled into several lower-level resources. However, avoid doing this unless you urgently need those materials, because rare components are usually harder to replace.

ARC Raiders Extraction Priority

When your backpack starts filling up, follow this order:

1. Quest items, ARC Raiders blueprints, and rare materials
Put these in your Safe Pocket whenever possible.

2. Workshop upgrade materials
Protect them and prioritize extraction.

3. Equipment
Sell items in good condition. Scrap damaged gear.

4. Random loot
If it has no crafting, quest, or upgrade purpose, turn it into currency.

The goal in ARC Raiders is not to collect everything. The best Raiders know what has long-term value and what is simply taking up space. A smart inventory strategy means faster upgrades, better gear, and more successful extractions.
