The second safe you come across in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 campaign is in the third mission, Blood Feud. To find this safe, head into the restaurant on the first floor and enter the doorway to the left of the stairs.

Enter the door to arrive in an office where the safe a radio is located.

On the left of the desk, closer to the door, there’s a radio that you can interact with.

Notice the controls at the bottom of the screen. On the left side, you can tune the dial that controls the amplitude. The right side allows you to control the frequency. Turn each dial until the lights on near either turn green. Doing so will initiate a broadcast that repeats the safe code.
