Unlock the Heroes You Want to Play
Ranked hero eligibility is tracked individually. Having Ranked access on your account does not automatically make every hero available.
The Deadlock Ranked Hero Unlock Boost helps players make selected heroes eligible for competitive play without completing the full Standard Mode win requirement alone.
A hero normally needs 15 qualifying Standard Mode victories before it can be selected in Ranked. Finding a new main, changing your preferred character, or expanding your competitive roster can therefore require additional Standard matches.
The service continues from your existing hero progress. For example, if a hero already has 10 qualifying victories, only the remaining five wins are needed, subject to the current in-game rules.
You can select multiple heroes within one order. Qualifying Standard victories may also contribute toward the separate account-wide requirement for Ranked access.
