The First Descendant - Fast Arche Crystals Farm Guide

This article details how to fast and efficiently obtain all the materials needed to make Arche Crystals, making your Descendant more powerful.

Murky Energy Residue  

Focus on completing the Unknown Laboratory quest in Sterile Lands. Opt to solo or team up with friends. Avoid public matchmaking if you plan on repeating the mission quickly to ensure you don't disrupt other players’ gameplay.

Normal Mode: Suitable if you're not fully kitted out or prefer a less challenging experience. Rewards are decent but lower compared to Hard mode.

Hard Mode: Recommended if you're well-equipped. Offers higher rewards and more Murky Energy Residue per run.

Tips  
1. The mission's goal is to quickly reach and kill Vulgus Panzer. It is recommended to use Bunny, which can kill other enemies on the road while running, reducing unnecessary battles to save time, This requires a sufficiently powerful AOE.

2. Vulgus Panzer drops the Murky Energy Residue upon defeat. Expect about 9 on Normal and up to 15 or more on Hard mode.

3. After collecting the drop, reset the mission to start over without having to leave the area. This can be done through the game’s mission reset feature or by exiting and re-entering the mission area.

4. Continue this process as often as necessary to gather your desired amount of Murky Energy Residue. Speed is key to maximizing your efficiency.

4. Destroy the three devices around the Boss and lead the Boss out of the boundary, you can easily kill him. It should be noted here that before leading the Boss out of the boundary, consume about half of his health before killing him, otherwise the system will prompt that the mission has failed. You can repeat this process all the time.

Mixed Energy Residue  
To efficiently gather Mixed Energy Residue, you should focus on opening the Encrypted StorageBox found in the Agna Desert. Using Enzo can improve cracking efficiency.

Tips  
1. Navigate the Agna Desert, and use the in-game tools to locate these encrypted storage boxes. They are usually indicated by specific markers or signals.

2. The game often provides audio cues when you are near an encrypted box. Use this to your advantage to quickly locate and access the boxes.

3. Ensure that you have enough space in your inventory before starting your farming session to avoid having to discard items or make multiple trips.

Upon successfully decrypting a box, it will open to reveal various items, including Mixed Energy Residue. The amount of residue can vary, but typically, you will collect a few units per box.

Repeat the Process Continue searching the desert for more encrypted boxes. You can optimize your route to cover multiple boxes in one outing to maximize efficiency.

Crystallization Catalyst Blueprint

It is recommended to kill the Devourer in hard mode, he has a 20% drop rate of Crystallization Catalyst Blueprint, and it is not very difficult.
