This talisman modifies poison mechanics by allowing an additional stack of your poison to affect enemies simultaneously. While it reduces the duration of poison effects by 25%, the stacking advantage can dramatically improve your damage-per-second output—particularly in rapid-hit, DoT-focused builds.
