If you're chasing the rarest pets in Grow A Garden, nothing beats the Prismatic tier. These pets aren't just beautiful — they have unique abilities that can mutate and duplicate fruits, sometimes with insane multipliers.

List of Grow A Garden Prismatic Pets

Right now, there are only two Prismatic pets in the game: Kitsune and Corrupted Kitsune. I've hatched (and traded for) both, so here's everything you need to know to get them and use them effectively.

1. Kitsune (Pet)

Rarity: Prismatic
Obtained From: Zen Egg
Hatch Chance: 0.08% (1 in 1,250)
Event: Zen Event
Hunger: 49,999

How to Get the Kitsune

  1. Find the Zen Egg – Only available during the Zen Event.
  2. Save up your resources – With a 0.08% hatch rate, expect to open a lot of eggs.
  3. Hatch during Luck Boost events – I always wait for global luck hours; it's not guaranteed, but every little bit helps.

If you’re not lucky enough to hatch one yourself, you can always trade with other players to get it fast. Sometimes it’s just smarter to skip the grind and buy Kitsune (Pet) cheap from trusted sellers to complete your collection without the endless egg farming.

Appearance

  • White body with red accents
  • Nine tails (the model has eight, lore says nine)
  • Red aura around head, tails, and paws
  • Based on Japanese folklore Kitsune

Trait – Nine-Tailed Myth

Every ~22 minutes, the Kitsune:

  • Finds another player's fruit
  • Mutates it with Chakra
  • Duplicates it and gives it to you
  • Very rare (~1%) chance to use Foxfire Chakra instead (more valuable mutation)

Pro Tips

  • Place it in your active pet slot so the passive triggers even if you're AFK farming.
  • Foxfire Chakra mutations sell high in trades — store them for big trades later.
  • This pet is amazing for mutation farming because it works on other players' fruits.

2. Corrupted Kitsune

Rarity: Prismatic
Obtained From:

  • Kitsune Chest (1%)
  • Exotic Kitsune Chest (1%)
  • Rainbow Sack (7%)
    Event: Zen Event Part 2
    Hunger: 49,999

How to Get the Corrupted Kitsune

  1. Farm Zen Event Part 2 currency to buy Kitsune or Exotic Kitsune Chests.
  2. Check Rainbow Sack drops – 7% isn't bad compared to 1%.
  3. Trade with players if your hatching luck is bad. Prices are high, but it's worth it.

Appearance

  • Black body with blue accents
  • Blue striped legs, glowing tail tips
  • White nose and mask-like face (similar to Raccoon)
  • Shares model with Kitsune, but colors are inverted

Trait – Nine-Tailed Curse

Every ~20:53 minutes:

  • Fires Cursed Energy at 9 fruits
  • Each has ~20% chance to mutate with Corrupt Chakra (15x multiplier)
  • Very rare chance for Corrupt Foxfire Chakra (90x multiplier)
  • Ability gets stronger and faster as the pet ages

Pro Tips

  • Best used in high-value crop zones so mutations have bigger impact.
  • The 15x and 90x multipliers make this one of the strongest mutation pets.
  • Pair it with Luck Boosts for a higher Corrupt Foxfire rate.

If you're serious about late-game farming and high-value trading, either Prismatic pet is a huge asset.

The Kitsune shines for duplication and cross-player mutations, while the Corrupted Kitsune dominates with raw mutation power and multipliers. I'd recommend going for Kitsune first since it's the original, but if you can get both — your fruit mutations will skyrocket.

I've pulled a Kitsune on my 400th Zen Egg, and a Corrupted Kitsune from my 2nd Rainbow Sack — so yes, sometimes the RNG gods do smile.
