If you only have room for one, I would choose Elly.

Try Sánchez against right-handed pitching rather than forcing him into every matchup. 
Use both cards in Events or Conquest if you want to get the most out of the temporary boost. 
Compare their actual in-game performance with the players they replaced instead of judging them only by overall rating.

Jesús Sánchez is a different story. He is worth testing, particularly for newer players, budget lineups and anyone looking for another left-handed option against right-handed pitchers. If you already have several strong outfielders, however, there is no reason to force him into the starting lineup.

The most important thing with Supercharged cards is to take advantage of the boost while it is active. Play enough games to judge the swing, defense and overall lineup fit, then decide whether either player deserves a longer-term role after the boost ends. For me, Elly is the must-try card. Sánchez is the potential surprise.
