1. Weapons

Gem	Perk	Description
Amber	Arboreal	X% of damage is converted to Nature. Damage scales off base weapon stat or FOC, whichever is higher.
Amethyst	Abyssal	X% of damage is converted to Void. Damage scales off base weapon stat or INT, whichever is higher.
Aquamarine	Frozen	X% of damage is converted to Ice. Damage scales off base weapon stat or INT, whichever is higher.
Carnelian	Taunting	Taunts are active. You generate +X% more threat.
Diamond	Rally	+X% damage and outgoing healing while at full health.
Emerald	Opportunist	+X% damage against targets with less than 30% Health.
Jasper	Retaliate	+X% damage after receiving 3 hits.
Malachite	Cruel	+X% damage against targets with an active Crowd Control status effect (Slow, Stun, Root).
Moonstone	Exhilarate	+X% damage when player is below 30% Health.
Onyx	Brash	+X% damage against targets with full Health.
Opal	Gambit	+X% damage while your stamina is not full.
Pearl	Luck	You have +X% chance at rare items from chests and monsters.
Ruby	Ignited	X% of damage is converted to Fire. Damage scales off base weapon stat or INT, whichever is higher.
Sapphire	Empowered	X% of damage is converted to Arcane. Damage scales off base weapon stat or INT, whichever is higher.
Topaz	Electrified	X% of damage is converted to Lightning. Damage scales off base weapon stat or INT, whichever is higher.
