Quickly attack speed.
Pretty helpful against all sorts of elemental enemies.
Vindertech Slicer vs Stormblade
Stormblade is a Legendary High Tech Sword energized blade with a rapidly swing speed for excellent sustained damage. Deals energy damage that's fairly powerful against elemental enemies.
Vindertech Slicer vs Stormblade, which can be much better? The stats on both and apparently they're each energy weapons already, with exactly precisely the same stats (Atk speed, Dmg, DPS, and so forth.).
In fact, each is the very same, prior to the patch, each Slicer and Stormblade could go energy+ element, Slicer appears considerably cooler tho.
