We assume it can be thrown like a grenade, and build from there.

Port-a-Forts are of Epic (Purple) Rarity.

They drop in singles.

You can carry 5 Port-a-Forts at once.

Port-a-Fort are available randomly in Vending Machines.

Quest Description:

Commander, you may want to consider retiring more of your heroes, personnel, and schematics to your Collection Book.

If you can level up your Collection Book to 30, you will receive additional scavenger rewards!

What is the Collection Book:

The Collection Book gives you rewards for collecting Heroes, Schematics, Defenders, and Survivors.

Putting any of these into the Collection Book lets the player level up their book. Each level presents a reward of increasing value.

Commander, you may want to consider retiring more of your heroes, personnel, and schematics to your Collection Book.

If you can level up your Collection Book to 50, you will receive additional scavenger rewards!
