Riot Control is really a Specialty Constructor Hero offered in the game. The amount of perks and abilities will depend on the hero's maximum evolution and level. Riot Control is excellent by itself and entertaining to play with fortnite items, but it is assistance and tactical bonus though useful aren't that wonderful.
