About a week before, two instant death spot has found in Fortnite that results in an instant elimination simply by walking through it - Fork Knife and The Block. Before the developers have not yet explained this situation, players have spotted at a new area in the Volcano which seems like a third instant death spot.

Recent, a Reddit user shared a video on the FortniteBR subreddit showing his untimely demise close to the lava flow in the island's new volcano. He flies over a hill and sees some loot on the ground. Just after landing safely, he was capable of collecting a single or two items, however, they died ideal soon after and saw the elimination message say "you eliminated yourself." The kill feed shows that he "didn't stick the landing," as if the player had fallen from a height of 31m.

Even though we don't know what happened before the player suddenly got eliminated in that spot, we can speculate that some other unfortunate player had died there just before him because the place is in a random patch of grass and already featured a pile of loot.

For the phenomenon in the video, some players said when they were using balloons, they've experienced other comparable "fall damage" eliminations occurred to him.

Some said the death might have anything to accomplish with The Baller the player was in; it could possibly be a bug with The Baller because other players said they experienced that though making use of the vehicle on that same spot. It prevents all fall harm, but for some cause, The Baller might be processing fall damage when it touches that spot even right after landing safely.
