Monopoly Go Meets Star Wars: New Characters, Events & Collectibles Revealed

The mobile gaming sensation Monopoly Go is going full sci-fi this spring with an epic Star Wars crossover. Announced at Star Wars Celebration Japan, the limited-time event will run from May 1 to July 2, blending the galaxy far, far away with the fast-paced fun of the classic real estate game.

Themed around iconic moments from the Skywalker Saga and The Mandalorian, the event will feature a Star Wars-themed sticker album to complete, Mos Espa podracing in a brand-new Grand Arena event, and exclusive collectibles including themed tokens, shields, and emojis.

Beloved characters like Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Princess Leia, Han Solo, R2-D2, Yoda, Anakin Skywalker, and Qui-Gon Jinn will appear alongside the ever-iconic Mr. Monopoly — also known as Rich Uncle Pennybags — all reimagined in adorable, cartoon-style designs.

This isn’t Monopoly Go’s first major crossover — fans may recall the Marvel mash-up last September, which brought in Spider-Man, Wolverine, and the Avengers. But this time, the Force is strong with every dice roll.
