Get ready, Tycoons! The Monopoly GO Food Truck Racers Events is coming from September 25 to 29, bringing exciting rewards, competitive challenges, and plenty of opportunities to boost your progress in the game. Whether you’re a casual player or a dedicated collector, this event is one you won’t want to miss.
Monopoly GO Food Truck Racers Events is a limited-time event where players compete by rolling dice, landing on key tiles, and collecting event tokens. The more tokens you earn, the higher your rank on the leaderboard, unlocking exclusive rewards such as:
Lap Rewards: Earn prizes such as dice, cash, boosts, and sticker packs as your team advances.
Leaderboard Rewards: The higher your rank at the end of each race, the better the payout.
Final Championship Rewards: The team or solo player with the most medals earns the top prizes.

Team-Up Stage – Starting September 25
The event begins with a team formation phase, lasting about 25 hours from September 25. During this time, you can create or join a group of up to four players by sending invitations, accepting requests, or searching for friends. You’re free to leave a team if you change your mind, but you cannot remove other members once they’ve joined. If you don’t take part in forming a team, the system will automatically place you with random teammates or pit you against three solo racers.
Race Stage – September 26 to 28
Once the team phase ends, the racing action begins. Over three days, daily races will decide your standings. You’ll need to use Flag Tokens to roll dice, advance your car, and rack up points. Pay special attention to the final race on September 28, as it offers double medals, giving you a major advantage and the best chance to secure higher rewards.
Championship Stage – September 29
Medals are tallied to decide the winners. Any unused Flag Tokens are automatically converted into in-game cash.
Flag Tokens are the key resource for the Racers event in Monopoly GO. Without them, you won’t be able to move your car forward or rack up points. Luckily, there are several reliable ways to earn these tokens for free while playing.
1. Earn Them Through Events and Tournaments
During the Racers event, many side events and leaderboard tournaments reward players with Flag Tokens. By reaching certain milestones, you’ll often receive generous token bundles that can give you a big advantage in the race.
2. Collect Them from Board Tiles
Keep an eye out for special Flag Token tiles scattered across the board. Each time you land on one, you’ll receive a token. Better yet, using dice multipliers multiplies your earnings—so a 15x roll means you’ll walk away with 15 tokens instead of just one.
3. Grab Free Gifts in the Shop
Don’t forget to check the in-game shop every eight hours. The free gift available there often includes Flag Tokens, giving you a steady trickle of resources to stay competitive.
What About Flag Token Links?
At the moment, there are no official Flag Token links for the Racers event. If Scopely decides to release any in the future, we’ll make sure to update this guide so you don’t miss out.
Here are some practical strategies to help your team perform better and secure top rewards.
1. Build a Committed Team
Choose teammates who are active players. The more engaged your team is, the more Flags you’ll collect, giving you a stronger shot at finishing higher in the standings.
2. Aim for Reward-Rich Laps
The deeper you go, the better the prizes. Work together to push through later laps, since these milestones deliver the most valuable rewards. Coordination is key to maintaining momentum.
3. Spend Flags Wisely
Don’t burn through your Flags too quickly. Save them for crucial moments, like when your team is close to completing a tough lap or needs an edge to overtake rivals.
4. Take Advantage of Parallel Events
Sometimes Tycoon Racers overlaps with other events. Use this to your benefit—earning rewards in one event can also feed into your progress in Racers.
5. Monitor Your Medal Count
Always track how many medals your team has collected. Keeping an eye on your standings will help you decide when to push harder and when to hold back.
