Rewards
One big reason to boost Grades in DBD is the reward at season reset.
Every month, when ranks reset, you receive a Bloodpoints bonus for each role (Survivor and Killer) depending on your peak rank.
The higher your rank– from Ash to Iridescent – the bigger the BP payout the Entity grants you for your dedication (yes, the Entity bribes you to keep you hooked in the Fog).
Below is a quick overview of rank reset rewards:

Ash Grade (IV–I) – 10,000 to 50,000 Bloodpoints. Everyone starts at Ash each season, and while the rewards here are small, it’s the stepping stone for bigger bonuses.
Bronze Grade – 100,000 to 175,000 Bloodpoints. Nice jump in rewards for escaping the Ash ranks; Bronze shows you’re getting the hang of those trials.
Silver Grade – 250,000 to 340,000 Bloodpoints. Now we’re talking! Reaching Silver means you’ve put in solid matches, and the Entity rewards you handsomely.
Gold Grade – 400,000 to 550,000 Bloodpoints. Gold players are veterans of the fog – this reward chunk can nearly max out a character’s Bloodweb.
Iridescent Grade – 700,000 to 1,000,000 Bloodpoints. The top reward for the elite. Hitting Iridescent I gives you 1 million Bloodpoints – enough to prestige a character (and then some) in one go!
