Attention, the next Monopoly GO Golden Blitz event is almost here — and it’s going to be epic! On January 10, players will once again have a rare opportunity to trade powerful golden stickers you normally can’t exchange outside of special events. This time, the spotlight is on “Ollivander’s” and “Pin the Tail” — two incredibly valuable golden stickers selected by the community!

When & How Long

Event Date: January 10
Duration: Roughly 24 hours — this is a limited-time event, so make sure you log in early and don’t miss your window to trade!

What’s the Golden Blitz?

Golden Blitz is a super-special event in Monopoly GO that unlocks the ability to trade select gold stickers — something you normally cannot do. During a Golden Blitz, two featured golden stickers become tradable for a short time, giving you the chance to:

Swap duplicates you don’t need
Complete your sticker album faster
Help your friends fill gaps in their collections

Normally golden stickers are locked to your account, but during this event they become exchangeable!

How Gold Sticker Trading Works?

The core process is the same as with every other kind of sticker. To send them:

1. Tap on the album icon right of the GO button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the collection with the gold sticker you want to send. It should have a glimmering animation during Golden Blitz.
3. Tap on the duplicate gold sticker.
4. A close-up of the sticker will open, along with a button reading "Send to Friend" in a bar at the bottom.
5. Select a friend from your list and press continue.
6. Confirm you really want to send the sticker by tapping "Send" at the bottom of the next pop-up screen.
7. That's it! You've successfully sent a gold sticker to a friend.

Trade Limits

You can make up to 5 Golden Sticker trades during the Golden Blitz — on top of the regular daily trades! Only the two featured gold stickers are tradable — so this event is your one shot to move those rare cards.
