ARC Raiders Anniversary Gift: Claim the Anniversary Panettone Backpack Attachment

Your first stop on the anniversary login is the in-game inbox. Embark dropped a free ARC Raiders Items cosmetic there on October 30, 2026: Anniversary Panettone, a Backpack Attachment that lands in your collection the moment you press Claim. This walkthrough covers the exact mail, the Claim button, how to hang the cake on your pack, and how that free gift differs from the paid Corsair redeem codes that went live a day earlier.

What Anniversary Panettone Actually Is

Anniversary Panettone is a backpack attachment cosmetic shaped like a glazed cake with candles. The inbox tooltip labels it BACKPACK ATTACHMENT and states a new cosmetic will be added to your collection. It does not change carry weight, safe-pocket rules, or weapon stats. It is flair that swings from the backpack while you move Topside.

Official anniversary posts only call the reward a special anniversary gift "baked with love." The item name Anniversary Panettone appears on the gift mail icon itself once you open the message titled HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, RAIDERS! CLAIM YOUR GIFT. The anniversary day also marks one year since the October 30, 2025 global launch, so every active Embark ID that can open mail is in the claim pool for this drop.

How to Claim the Free Gift from Your Inbox

The gift mail is already waiting after you load into Speranza on or after October 30, 2026. You do not enter a storefront code for this reward, and you do not need a hardware purchase.

  1. Launch ARC Raiders on the Embark ID that owns the raider you play.
  2. Open the in-game inbox / mail panel from the hub UI.
  3. Select the anniversary message dated October 30, 2026. The gift card stamp on the sample mail reads Oct 30, 2026, 2:00:19 PM.
  4. Check that the thumbnail shows Anniversary Panettone under the BACKPACK ATTACHMENT tag, with the line that a new cosmetic will be added to your collection.
  5. Press the gold CLAIM button on the right. Leave DELETE alone if you still want the cosmetic.

After a successful Claim, the attachment is written into your cosmetics collection. If the mail is missing, stay on the Embark ID that owns that raider, fully load into the hub once, then reopen inbox so sync can finish. If CLAIM is grey or already spent, search cosmetics for Anniversary Panettone—the unlock may already be on the account from an earlier claim on another session.

Anniversary Panettone on backpack

Equip Anniversary Panettone on Your Backpack

Claim only unlocks the cosmetic. To see the cake swing on your pack during raids, open cosmetics / appearance and assign Anniversary Panettone to the backpack attachment slot. Other hangables in that same slot family—Circular Saw, Lithium Pack, Carbide Lamp, and similar attachments—are mutually exclusive there. Swap them the same way you swap any other backpack attachment before you ready up.

The hung cake is pure flair. It will not replace a full backpack skin, it will not fill a Secure Slot, and it will not grant stash rows or ammo. If you switch loadouts after extracting, open the attachment slot once more before the next ready-up so the cake is still selected.

Free Inbox Gift Versus Corsair Redeem Codes

October 29, 2026 also launched the Corsair / SCUF / Elgato hardware collection with single-use redeem codes for rewards such as the Azimuth Outfit and Courier Backpack. That path is separate from the anniversary inbox mail. The free Panettone claim never needs a hardware purchase or an Embark ID portal paste. If you are sorting both unlocks in the same login session, run the inbox Claim first, then handle any hardware codes through the redeem flow covered in the Corsair rewards redeem walkthrough.

Mixing the two systems is the main failure case this week: players paste Corsair codes looking for the cake, or they ignore inbox mail because they already redeemed a keyboard attachment. Panettone is mail-only. Corsair cosmetics are code-only. Keep the queues separate so neither unlock gets stuck on the wrong screen.

After You Claim — Rare Blueprints in Live Update 2.3.0

While you are already logged in for the anniversary gift, the Live Update 2.3.0 rules from October 27, 2026 still govern several rare weapon ARC Raiders BluePrints. Official notes state Dolabra, Bobcat, Equalizer, Jupiter, Tempest, and Vulcano blueprints can now drop in any major map condition, with that pool's drop chance slightly lowered to balance the wider map access. The same patch reduced Emperor Key blueprint chance from Redirection pods.

That means anniversary-week blueprint hunts no longer need to wait on one tagged weather or event band for those six weapons. Queue any major map condition, run your usual high-value containers and ARC wreck loops, and treat the lowered pool rate as the tradeoff for the wider roll. Mark which of the six you still lack before you spend the anniversary session Topside so the raid clock goes to a missing blueprint instead of a duplicate unlock.

Soul's Offering project turn-ins from the same 2.3.0 window remain available in parallel. Claim the cake first so the cosmetic is banked, then spend the raid clock on whichever blueprint or project face you still lack—phase materials and turn-in order are covered in the Soul's Offering project phases guide.
