Dim Mak is really a Specialty Ninja Hero out there in the game. The number of perks and skills depends on the hero's maximum evolution and level. Dim Mak is distinctly the 3rd ideal ninja. Not great, but not as awful as the melee-centric ones. (Shuriken Master and Dragon getting outright much better). She's a jack of all trades but doesn't excel at anything, which puts her within the spot of a weaker Dragon given that she does not have really robust single target burst and relies solely on fortnite weapons to take down smashers.
