1). Florida Gators - Most well rounded

If you're looking for a school but still aren't sure where your build will end up, you should choose the Florida Gators.

You won't get a lot of badge points in one area, but you'll encompass all four with this bonus:

2). Syracuse Orange - Good for shooters and playmakers

If your archetype focuses on shooting and playmaking, heading to Syracuse is your best bet.

3). West Virginia Mountaineers - Best option for defenders

Sure, you could go to Texas Tech and get +4 to Def/Reb, but you'd be sacrificing all the other categories. That isn't the case with West Virginia.

Recommendations

Since shooting is usually a pain in 2K, it might be wise to pick Oklahoma, Florida, Syracuse, UCLA, or Villanova. Those five schools all offer some form of boost, with 'Nova and Oklahoma both offering ones over +1.

If you're looking for a more even boost, the Florida Gators might be for you. All four subsets get an even +1 boost, which certainly isn't bad for more balanced builds.

Ultimately, it's up to you, as you should pick one that suits your weaknesses, not your strengths. If you struggle on D, choose schools that offer a Defense/Rebounding boost.
